We believe that empowerment of women and young people is the key to development.
We strive to highlight the potential of women and youth so that they can play a positive role in the development of society to the fullest. Our focus areas for women and youth development are:

Ongoing Efforts
Over the years, OATH has made a significant impact on the communities it serves. We have provided vocational training to hundreds of young women and men, facilitated entrepreneurship training for women, and supported women-led startups. Additionally, our mentorship programs provide young fresh graduates with the opportunity to learn and grow in a professional environment.

We have always supported the young girls in their professional development. Our annual internship program allowed a fresh graduate to gain first-hand experience in the development.

Technical Vocational Education for Youth - 2023
Education and self improvement are a necessity in today’s skill based professional sector. We supported and sponsored four young girls allowing them to continue working on their skill development without fear of tuition fees.
